These Terms & Conditions govern your use of titanathleticclub.com, the Titan app and our text message program, operated by HCMF Consulting LLC dba Titan Athletic Club (“Titan,” “we,” “us”), 491 15th St, San Diego, CA 92101. By using the site or app, you agree to these terms. Membership itself is governed by the membership agreement you sign when you join.

Use of the website and app

You agree to use the site and app only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content for commercial use without our permission. All content, logos and branding are owned by Titan or used with permission.

Membership, pricing and offers

Prices, founding-member availability, hours and amenities shown on the site are subject to change and are confirmed in your membership agreement. Founding-member rates are limited to the number of spots stated and are available while they last. The club is not yet open; opening timing is subject to change.

SMS / text message terms

Program: Titan Athletic Club member and customer messages, sent by HCMF Consulting LLC dba Titan Athletic Club.
What you will receive: membership updates, event information, special offers and replies to your enquiries, at the mobile number you provided when you opted in.
How to opt in: check the text-message box on one of our website forms or opt in in the Titan app. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of membership or purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
